take a look at the ptest-runner info page:

dark theme:
http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/ptest-runner2/about/

light theme:
http://git.yoctoproject.org/clean/cgit.cgi/ptest-runner2/about/

both have disabilities to make a good contrast on titles and coding formats. The dark theme which is default is even worse than the light one.

It needs a different coloring palette for the formats that are unreadable

The website is currently being revised. I'm taking AR to make sure the design team is aware of this, thanks for reporting.
