Description Jose Lamego 2016-07-11 14:11:35 UTC
The usual cover letter message is not displayed in series Details [example: 1] when a new series is created from patches submitted through pull request [example 2]. The message should be included the same as when git send email is used [example: 3].

A staging instance with production data/hardware was requested in order to test critical fixes or to temporarily implement them while they get merged to upstream:

Comment 5 Jose Lamego 2016-08-31 14:51:52 UTC
Fix has been successfully tested, waiting for upstream merge. I'm closing this bug now and will open a new bug to implement the fix in production either by updating Patchwork code from repository or pointing to the new staging instance.
