Test recipe for bbwarn in a shell function

I just found by accident that the shell logging functions (e.g. bbwarn) are no longer displaying on the console or going to the task log. I've bisected it down to the commits involved in the Python 3 switchover. A simple test recipe is attached.

Discovered this overnight in my epic 12 hour bisection, patch on the bitbake list.

Fixed in Bitbake 42d727743fa599e0a3c5ad2c29a1e6ede1a918bb
