Autobuilder's force-build page is limited with regards to allowing customization of the build. Adding such customization options is recreating toaster so, it is proposed instead, to have a toaster service/interface at the force-build page.

This bug is created to track the activities that are needed to achieve the autobuilder/toaster integration:

* toaster user interface tailoring
* toaster service deployment in the AB
* AB/Toaster interface

And others.

The force build page on autobuilder2 is much better, we no longer need this functionality.
