Works if the hostname is localhost, so this is due to name resolution. Note that 13078 is for master only, and won't be backported to 2.5.x. This test case will fail unless you set hostname to localhost, or add the real hostname to /etc/hosts. Created attachment 4410 [details]

This is the problem, and what #13078 will fix in master. Conclusion :
In first run : We have found this issue.
In second run : Issue has been resolved with same setup.
In third run: Issue has not see after adding hostname "genericx86-64" as shown below (Logs are attached for the same):
cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
127.0.0.1 genericx86-64 genericx86-64
