There was one bad address in the forward list. I've replaced the bad address and tested successfully. Can you please test as well? Randy asked in email: If the triage team assigns a bug to helpdesk, will that get people's attention? Michael replied: Assigning a bug to helpdesk won't grab attention unless the bugspray bot is triggered. Adding "bugspray track" in a comment on a helpdesk bug will trigger the bot. We might not remember that but I'll try as I'm doing here! As usual, I'm one step behind Michael so changing the owner to Paul Barker for confirmation. Bugspray only watches bugs when Product == Helpdesk so this tag won't be noticed. Sent a test email at 13:06 ET today. I got 3 replies in under a minute, one each from: Michelle Martineau, Josef Holzmayr, and Michael Halstead. Excellent response time! |
