Description Jeff Osier-Mixon 2013-02-28 01:23:20 UTC
The compliance program forms could stand to be updated. - Jefro
Comment 1 Jeff Osier-Mixon 2013-05-02 17:40:32 UTC
This is now being done by AB committee

On the website, we should beautify the registrar and also beautify and correct the email that is sent by default when someone files an application. One bug is that it contains a line:

The results of this submission may be viewed at:
https://www.yoctoproject.org/node/351545/submission/xxx

but this node is unviewable even by an admin.
Comment 2 Melissa Anderson 2013-05-31 03:17:40 UTC
Adjusting the e-mail and removing the link are straightforward. Beautification might fall into the design category depending on what you have in mind.

We have a few ways to go here ...

First, we can definitely remove the link to the web form results
Or, we can provide permission to view the results to AB members.

The webform results won't easily allow voting, unfortunately.

Do send me a copy of the e-mail that's generated, and we'll see what we can do in the short term and discuss long-term.

Create a board role and give it permission to view the web form output
Comment 5 Melissa Anderson 2013-06-04 20:02:30 UTC
For now, we've created an 'advisory board' role which is allowed to view webform results. See 4613.

The mail still needs work for readability.
Comment 6 Melissa Anderson 2013-06-05 11:47:42 UTC
Next round, we can take a look at http://drupal.org/project/mimemail, for HTML output.
Comment 7 Jeff Osier-Mixon 2014-08-22 20:00:00 UTC
No web content bugs should have a quarterly milestone.
Comment 8 Michael Halstead 2016-07-13 00:38:49 UTC
Is this complete now?
Comment 9 Michael Halstead 2016-08-04 18:50:56 UTC
I think this has been technically complete for a few years. If the content needs updating that should probably be tracked elsewhere.
