I have create the role 'advisory board' on production and granted it permission to view all web forms. This means when AB members follow the link generated by Web Forms, they'll be able to see the formatted output on the site, provided:

* They are logged in
* They have been granted the 'advisory board' role.

Accounts need to be created for these users and the role needs to be assigned.
