I encounter the following warnings when using autoconf:

This has nothing to do with the relocation or adt. It's an automake 1.12 
issue, well known over internet. The warning can be removed if the following
lines are added to the configure.ac in iptables-1.4.15:
...
m4_pattern_allow([AM_PROG_AR])
    AM_PROG_AR
...

Maybe we should ignore the previous warnings.

There is another reason that we currently update iptables to 1.4.17 in 1.4 master. And it doesn't have the previous warning, maybe we should update the test case. But note there is a different that `--disable-ipv6' should be added when run ./configure. Such as `./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS} --disable-ipv6'

2, ./autogen
3, ./configure ${CONFIGURE_FLAGS} --disable-ipv6
4, make
