Git proxy access mechanism is broken in Build Appliance.

Due to changes in poky related to git proxy, Build Appliance no longer can access remote git repositories over a network proxy.

Fixed with commit c62d869f126e0128f7a07ffd411dd8aa8e9f72e5.
