For 1.5 we should integrate GStreamer 1.0 alongside 0.10.

Verfied with poky 4d8ab87d25ea6e59dc88375813ef88ee0ac813d0.
The Gstreamer1.0 package exists along with 0.10.36 version in: meta/recipes-multimedia/gstreamer/
Also, 'bitbake gstreamer1.0' worked w/o errors.
