For 1.5 we should integrate GStreamer 1.0 alongside 0.10.

GStreamer 1.0 recipes have been pushed upstream already. The commit can be seen here: http://cgit.openembedded.org/openembedded-core/commit/meta/recipes-multimedia/gstreamer?id=e200e61529fa5a78354cde67442e90ace4b3857c

Verfied with poky 4d8ab87d25ea6e59dc88375813ef88ee0ac813d0.
The Gstreamer1.0 package exists along with 0.10.36 version in: meta/recipes-multimedia/gstreamer/
Also, 'bitbake gstreamer1.0' worked w/o errors.
