I looked into this for a short bit and found that quicksearch is not meant to be customized. We can change it in code if needed though. Perhaps there are resources I missed. Does anyone have an example of this being done elsewhere that we could copy? This cannot be done from the configuration options. The default search is a special search and the way it's done is hard-coded (in Bugzilla 4.2.7 at least). Also Quick search can be used to do complex queries and we can search for WONTFIX bugs like so: " resolution:WONTFIX other_key_words" I believe we can leave this as is for now, until a future Bugzilla version makes this easier. |
