Can you provide more details, how are you installing the files? Do you have an example recipe package? I actually did post a patch, but I problably should have linked to it here in the first place. https://lists.yoctoproject.org/pipermail/yocto/2013-October/019022.html Looking at the patch, it's very likely this was a regression introduced in 1.5. I think not. That particular file has never been changed since creating. Fix was merged to master - thanks! http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky/commit/?id=1b8bd9e6122de0e740c137ac9fbe1267dbc9e4c8 We probably need to backport this one to dora as well - adding Robert to CC.
