Can we check if http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit.cgi/poky/commit/?id=1e16634af63a49c3a59335e47d96691ff4df2a7a was in this build. If it was not this timeout issue is probably resolved after this commit.

  FYI, the commit 1e16634af63a49c3a59335e47d96691ff4df2a7a was not in the poky at the time of this build failure.

We're not seeing this in master and I think the commit referenced should stop this error appearing so closing as fixed by the commit referenced above.
