Tested with poky dylan:7ab82abcad9ede847c42c01d2a4f4c2c18877e6f

Stets to reproduce:
1) Bypass bug 5945 by replacing 'lsbarch' and 'targetarch' in opt/lsb-tests/package_list with the actual values (ex: lsbarch with amd64 and targetarch with x86_64)
2) Follow test case: https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/tr_show_case.cgi?case_id=747 to run the LSB tests

Notice error because some of the packages mentioned in opt/lsb-tests/package_listand downloaded by the script are not installed:

I believe this used to work in 1.4.2 as we have results from the tests and the mentioned test case is PASSED: https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/tr_show_run.cgi?run_id=1066

I have identified the issue and also found the patch for it in master:
http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky/commit/?id=c8879e23ab19af1e74c09310d33d3c7c519f63b7

The problem seems to be with the packages downloaded from the linuxfoundation site. The description of the issue can be found in the patch commit message. 

This was initially discovered during 1.5 M3 RC1 Full Pass testing but a bug was never opened.

Tested the patch mentioned by cherry-picking onto 1.4.3 RC1 (dylan:7ab82abcad9ede847c42c01d2a4f4c2c18877e6f) it and it fixes the issue.
