Complete the design for the Toaster interface to create new project directories, manage the content, and initiate the builds of selectable target images.

Here are some of the proposed aspects of this feature:

  * Select the initial MACHINE type
  * Select the initial layer set
  * Select the initial target image set
  * Select and edit the local configure variables (e.g. local.conf)
  * Ability to set a description for the project

Here are proposed additional abilities after a project is created:

  * Share projects via configuration (export / import)
  * Ability to reconfigure an existing project with this same interface

To keep the add layer dependencies interaction consistent across all pages, I've replaced the dependencies alert with a modal dialog (changes in pages 17 to 19 and 25).

I have added an "import and add to project" option to the form, so that you can do both things with just one click (since this is probably what you want to do). Changes affect pretty much the whole document.

Design is well underway, although design documentation is ongoing. We have opened bug 6597 for its implementation, which is also split into pages:

The design documents attached to this issue are obsolete: the latest ones are attached to the above bugs.
