When running 'rpm -e package' command would meet an error:

But the package can be removed.

This issue happens on qemuarm/qemumips/qemuppc and beagleboard.

The same error happens on x86 platform also.

Lowering the priority.  This is not actually a failure.  The package is indeed removed.

Verify the bug with gold build, it is fixed.

The commit number is 82af8b9fb6d6d1439943fd15b8a75c0e663e4a45
