A new test named 'test_layer_git_revisions_are_displayed_and_do_not_fail_without_git_repo' was added with bug 8852. This name is so long that it affects the oe-selftest --list-tests:

For this test the class and module columns are pushed to the right. I find the name of this test odd, not sure if it can be changed at this point though. Either way, columns can be aligned farther to the right in case the test name can't be changed.

Renamed the testcase from 'test_layer_git_revisions_are_displayed_and_do_not_fail_without_git_repo' to 'test_layer_without_git_dir' which is shorter.

Updated the table format for --list-tests and --list-tests-by so the content is nicely aligned.

Extra: fixed --list-tests-by tag option which was broke by 35be67951305950ba797dc2efddbc7d88fc0556a.
