Either way, columns can be aligned farther to the right in case the test name can't be changed.

Renamed the testcase from 'test_layer_git_revisions_are_displayed_and_do_not_fail_without_git_repo' to 'test_layer_without_git_dir' which is shorter. Updated the table format for --list-tests and --list-tests-by so the content is nicely aligned. Extra: fixed --list-tests-by tag option which was broke by 35be67951305950ba797dc2efddbc7d88fc0556a.
