New script for performance test is failing to launch the test cases for performance 


######### Steps ###############

1.- Clone poky 
2.- Execute build-perf-test-wrapper.sh under poky root folder (without sourcing the environment )
              - Poky $ ./scripts/contrib/build-perf-test-wrapper.sh


Expected Results 

All test should be launched and executed correctly 

Actual Result
