BitBake Commander has been bit-rotting for years and it was decided to deprecated it in 2.1. However, we did not follow-up to drop it from the build.

This thing no longer appears in the 2.2 doc set.  It has now been scrubbed out.
I am setting the doc flag to "done".

Merged to master, neon-master, neon/krogoth.

Slightly different patch needed for mars. After testing, will send to ML.

Mars patch sent to ML and merged to mars-master and mars/krogoth so that it makes the RC1 cutoff.
