It may be case that LIC_FILES_CHECKSUM is not on the incoming series, so we need to check if these is either on a inherit class or an include. This extra check would avoid false positives.

To be more precise, this bug is affecting two test cases:

test_metadata_lic_files_checksum
test_metadata_src_uri

Tinfoil would be the ideal way to get variable values but for the moment system is launching a bitbake -e process. Only one test missing (SRC_URI) at the moment.
