It is useful for user to examine the content in fingerprint and RMC database. RMC tool
should provide functions to translate binaries back into human-eadable format.

I give a rough estimation (5 day) here. This task should happen after other refactoring tasks in rmc tool are done.

So far, 10086 is the biggest coming change in this area.
