The CPU in the n450 development board is an Atom N450. Single core, hyperthreaded. The atom-pc config used is setup with:

# CONFIG_SMP is not set

We need to enable it and also ensure other appropriate config options are set, such as SMT support for the scheduler.

Fix present in meta-intel master. Fix rejected for 1.0.1.

Built and boot tested. Networking and suspend/resume tested.
