Description Randy Witt 2016-08-11 17:07:04 UTC
So that a user can use bitbake for a particular release of poky, create a container for each release similar to the extsdk container functionality.

That is, when the user runs the container, the oe-init-build-env script is sourced and the user is dropped to a shell in which they can run bitbake commands.

Scott, there will be a readme on github that you can use to help with documentation, once the bug is finished.

The initial version of this exists at https://github.com/crops/poky-container

It should also be specified that we are not doing this for each release, instead it is expected that the user will clone poky or oe-core themselves.
