diffsig from "bitbake-diffsigs -t quilt-native configure"

1. bash
2. . oe-init-build-env build
3. bitbake quilt-native
4. exit
5. . oe-init-build-env-memres 5000 build
6. bitbake quilt-native

I would expect sstate to be used and the hashes to be the same, but BBSERVER changes the hash. So on the second bitbake, it actually rebuilds quilt-native.

I have attached the signature diff from "bitbake-diffsigs -t quilt-native configure".
