Currently the logic for start/stop qemu testing is at level of testimage class. will be good to have a custom class inheriting OETextRunner for proivde a Runner with QEMU support (OEQemuRunner).

After OEQA code revamp, logic for start/stop qemu testing is no longer happening inside testimage class itself. OEQemuTarget custom class was used to control qemu start/stop. Closing this ticket as it was obsolete.
