We need to remove from the pull down the milestones no longer allowed to be targeted.   Please remove 1.7, 1.8.2, 2.0, 2.0.2, 2.1, 2.1 M3, 2.1 M4, 2.1.1, 2.2 M1, & 2.2 M2

I've made all of those milestones inactive.
