Description Paul Eggleton 2016-09-14 22:40:53 UTC
LIC_FILES_CHKSUM validation failing used to be a fatal error, but now it's just an error which doesn't make any task fail. As far as I can tell this was unintentional fallout from the following cleanup work:

http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky/commit/?id=1da8f52b67ac6ce5819e30530385e5628f11b85f

I believe at least by default we want the original behaviour where the build stops. If the user wants to turn it into a warning they can now use the normal QA warning/error mechanism to do that.
