Now that https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9457 is resolved, the repos patchtest [1] and patchtest-oe [2] can be opened to the public. Currently, these have limited access.

[2] patchtest-oe: ssh://git@git.yoctoproject.org/patchtest-oe
