Make a script to set up the developer instance of Eclipse so that all the developers have access to the same configuration.

This will probably be done via a script + oomph.

This would be a nice addition to make it more appealing for the community  to be able to contribute but we have more pressing functionality bugs for 2.3.

Eclipse development has been dropped and we ended up not using the Oomph installer workflow as it was brittle (several times the installer failed to resolve dependencies which made automation sketchy).
