Description Richard Purdie 2016-11-04 14:57:48 UTC
If I include meta-freescale in bblayers.conf, then MACHINE=qemux86-64 bitbake gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad it fails with:

p=/media/build1/poky/build/tmp/sysroots/qemux86-64= -c ../../../../gst-plugins-bad-1.8.3/gst-libs/gst/gl/gstglquery.c  -fPIC -DPIC -o .libs/libgstgl_1.0_la-gstglquery.o
| 1478271077.0633743: In file included from ../../../../gst-plugins-bad-1.8.3/gst-libs/gst/gl/gstglphymemory.c:26:0:
| 1478271077.2604456: ../../../../gst-plugins-bad-1.8.3/gst-libs/gst/gl/gstglphymemory.h:27:47: fatal error: gst/allocators/gstallocatorphymem.h: No such file or directory
| 1478271077.2604456:  #include <gst/allocators/gstallocatorphymem.h>

so it seems the meta-freescale layer is toxic to other MACHINE settings.

Hi Richard,

This was already fixed on commit https://github.com/Freescale/meta-freescale/commit/2adbced1a3ec33c35612bdcdf228c4fb502041d9
Comment 2 Otavio Salvador 2016-11-04 18:42:17 UTC
As Fabio said, it has been fixed already.
