Increase the coverage of unit tests created on Bug 10368.

Jair, in order for this bug to not look as a duplicate of bug 10368, it is required to describe which areas is the testing going to be extended to. Setting it as NEEDINFO for you to describe those.

Bug 10368 has been split in two tasks. The original bug 10368 will track the server and client doubles setup and the creation of basic functionality tests covering the main communication methods and at least three events. Bug 10733 will be used to track extending and completing the bb event module's test coverage.

This enhancemet bug will include the following items:
- Extending coverage of the event unit test created on bug 10368 to include the remaining module's functions and helper classes including:
	- set_eventfilter(func)
	- set_UIHmask(handlerNum, level, debug_domains, mask)
	- getName(e)
	- class UIEventFilter(object)
		def __init__(self, level, debug_domains)
		def update(self, eventmask, level, debug_domains)
		def filter(self, event)
	- Testing event handling with the attached event classes

Moving this item to M2 as it depends on 10368, whose integration is pending (currently targeted for M1).

This wasn't integrated on 2.4 M3. Moving the target to 2.5 M1.
