new url's and checksums

trying to compile latest git as of today, and it fails to download tzcode-native and tzdata. I changed the URL and it seems to at least get passed the build phase:

The new url's are:
$ grep -i ftp tzdata_2011g.bb ../tzcode/tzcode-native_2011g.bb 
tzdata_2011g.bb:HOMEPAGE = "ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/"
tzdata_2011g.bb:SRC_URI = "ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzdata${PV}.tar.gz"
../tzcode/tzcode-native_2011g.bb:SRC_URI = "ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzcode${PV}.tar.gz \
../tzcode/tzcode-native_2011g.bb:           ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzdata2011g.tar.gz"


This compiles, I haven't yet tried to run it.
