the proposal is to add a --status flag to the bitbake-prserv in order to show whether a PR Service is already running in the current machine.

The reason I filed this bug is because I wanted to stop a PR Server and I did not know which port it came up on. It would be useful if it listed the PR servers running and under which port(s) so it is easier to kill them.
