There are no PowerPC BSP downloads available for the latest (morty) release of YP:

The MPC8315E-RDB is the PPC reference platform and should be present.

Since this is a core BSP, we need to generate and publish this BSP for releases. I will:

1) Generate the BSPs for the existing, published Morty releases.
2) Add this back to the release scripts so the BSP will be generated and published going forward.

This platform has been added back to the release.py script, so the respective BSP will be generated for future releases.

Note that release scripts have been move to http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/release-tools/

Previously resided in yocto-autobuilder/bin/release scripts.
