Split out from bug 9460 into a separate bug for meta-darwin.

We'd like the autobuilder to be able to build meta-darwin and provide at least buildtime validation of that layer, however for meta-darwin there's an extra complication in that the layer requires files to be extracted from a mac OS SDK and we don't have permissions to distribute these files.

Brian suggested we look at maybe using Travis CI to help solve this issue.

First thing I need to do is run a test build of meta-darwin and figure out how much, if any, of the copied headers leak into the system's outputs.

One possible solution is to have a macOS worker which runs the builds in a Linux container and accessing the headers from the host OS.

Meta-darwin is not maintained.
