Description Darren Hart 2011-05-23 17:17:49 UTC
The oe version:
- groups all the make options and reuses them
- provides multiple KERNEL_SRC variants to cater to various module Makefile types
- adds a more robust RDEPENDS definition

We need to audit those changes and determine which make sense to pull in. This will likely include additional changes to kernel.bbclass and module-base.bbclass.

Moving to post 1.1 as this is an enhancement.

On second, this doesn't represent a bug. I'm closing as will not fix. If someone objects, please send a patch. Or reopen the bug and assign to yourself.
