mdadm failures with devtool

Test cases "test_devtool_buildclean" and "test_devtool_deploy_target" are failing due mdadm is not being built correctly, this is only happening on Centos7 and Ubuntu 1404, other workers form AB are working correctly.

I believe I've just sent a fix for this (adding -A to git add in externalsrc)

tested in commit:381897c64069ea43d595380a3ae913bcc79cf7e1 all test succesfully passed in Centos7
