Description Dave Stewart 2011-05-25 15:24:45 UTC
The release notes at http://www.yoctoproject.org/download/yocto/intel-core-i3-15-and-i7-0 say the following:

"In order to build an image with BSP support for a given release, you need to check out the 'meta-intel' branch corresponding to the release you're building against..."

It goes on to describe trying to figure out which git branch to follow. This should say just download the right tar file from the downloads directory. You should not require someone to know git in order to build the BSP.

Please make this change quickly. Thanks.

Please update the README and then work with Jeff to get it on the web

The READMEs the Release Notes are based on updated in meta-intel/master as commits:

The BSP READMEs have been updated, and Jefro has updated the Release Notes on the Yocto downloads pages.
