In order to work with Secure Boot requirement, reduce the need for (L)GPLv3 components. This is done by recompiling components with different configuration parameters, reducing functionality, and leaving components out from the production images.

When Python 2 is dropped from the images (pull request https://github.com/intel/intel-iot-refkit/pull/109 is merged) the Computer Vision production images won't have any GPLv3 components anymore.
