Trying to build anything using via BA/Toaster interface fails with the error:

<...>
b'ERROR: These tools appear to be unavailable in PATH, please install them in order to proceed:\npod2man\n'


FWIW, pod2texi is present in /usr/bin, but pod2man is not.
