Since LSB has essentially ceased to be developed, we need to identify pieces of oe-core that we carry solely because they are mandated by LSB, and remove or otherwise trim them (and fix autobuilder and QA tests and YP docs accordingly). In particular, Qt3/4 and mailx are prime candidates for removal in 2.4 time; there may be other components or scripts or packagegroups etc. Comprehensive review of oe-core would be beneficial to make a list of such things.
