Description Henry Bruce 2017-04-12 22:43:49 UTC
Demo will run platform such as the Altera DE10-Nano Kit with Yocto built images run on both the ARM core and the NIOS2 soft core processor. Demo will highlight FPGA performance through a suitable workload.

add custom fft instruction on the fpga as a potential demo target.
Comment 2 brian avery 2017-06-07 21:35:39 UTC
or other custom accelerator would be equally useful/good.

Assigning to Brian.

This needs to be better defined. Adding todor as well.
Comment 5 Juro Bystricky 2017-08-08 21:25:23 UTC
Linux supports "FPGA Manager Core", which supposedly supports writing FPGA images using "FPGA Bus". This is probably worth exploring.

This work is no longer happening, its a nice idea but anyone taking it on would have their own ideas so marking as obsolete.
