Provide users with the option to create projects with a step-by-step wizard type interface.

Features:
  * This is provided via a new button in the "Create a New Project" page, in addition to the existing "Create Project" button, and is titled for example "Create Project Wizard".
  * The wizard will be laid out as several linked pages, one for each major aspect of the project's creation.
  * Each page will provide a robust presentation of its configuration option, complete with explanatory and help text, plus examples and advice.
  * Each page will have a "Next" and a "Back" button, and where appropriate a "Finish" button. There may also be a "Skip" button if the user wants to come to this later.
  * The left-hand bar will provide an overview of the wizard's configuration steps. It will provide indicators as to the current progress (when an item has been set), plus links to allow direct jumping.

When the user clicks the 'Finish' button, the which would take the user to the normal project configuration page.

This feature may also provide a page explicitly providing the common build targets, for example "core-image-base", "core-image-base:do_populate_sdk", and "core-image-base:do_populate_sdk_ext".

A full design proposal and review will be required for this new feature.
