Description Paul Eggleton 2017-04-19 10:26:22 UTC
At the moment you can run an individual task and its dependencies within a recipe (as per bitbake -b) but you can't build a target as normal with all dependencies honoured. We could use this immediately for example in order to avoid having to shut down tinfoil when we need to build nodejs-native or kern-tools-native.

(Some care will need to be taken in order to ensure there's no contamination between executions if we run more than one in succession, and that the events fired make sense.)
