The latest 550x/570x BIOS releases change the RMC fingerprints. Update the board fingerprints for at least version 1D1 BIOS.

Fingerprints were upgraded to latest available firmware - rev. 1F1.

Joule was split from generic Broxton-M - their BIOS strings are different.
