Jeff, Are you using Bernard or the git head? We recently removed gnome-vfs from the system and if you are using head, can you report if this is still and issue for you? Thanks
I do not get these anymore, no. In fact I get very few messages anymore, probably since it now has a framebuffer console hiding things :-)
