Integrate YOLO (https://pjreddie.com/darknet/yolo/) to Refkit for real-time object detection.

Initial version of the recipe now exists (https://github.com/ipuustin/intel-iot-refkit/commit/2163bc0343e9aa5540b8ebcbb85638e1767412da). The performance numbers on IoT platforms don't look too good.
